Virtual Currency Policy (Coins & Diamonds)

Overview

In {{ config('app.name') }}, users can earn and use two types of in-app virtual currencies:

• Coins: Earned by completing tasks, offers, or challenges, and can be redeemed for third-party gift cards or redeem codes available within the app.
• Diamonds: Purchased via offline payment (manual proof upload) and used for in-app premium actions such as promotions or boosts. Diamonds cannot be redeemed for real money or gift cards.

Coins (Redeemable Currency)

Coins are a virtual reward currency that users can earn and exchange within the app. The following rules apply:

• Coins have no direct cash value but may be exchanged for supported gift cards, vouchers, or redeem codes displayed inside the app.
• All redemptions are processed through our in-app redeem system and subject to availability and minimum thresholds.
• Once a redemption request is submitted and approved, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Gift cards or codes issued are provided as-is from verified third-party sources. We are not responsible for loss or misuse after delivery.
• Fraudulent, duplicate, or bot-generated accounts will result in permanent loss of Coins and suspension of the user’s account.

Diamonds (Non-redeemable Premium Currency)

• Diamonds are purchased manually (offline payment proof) and verified by admin before crediting.
• Diamonds can be used to purchase in-app services like promotion boosts, VIP content, or custom features.
• Diamonds cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted to Coins or real money.
• Once credited, Diamonds are non-refundable and valid only within the app environment.

Validity & Expiry

• Coins and Diamonds remain valid as long as your account is active and not banned for violations.
• We may expire unused balances after prolonged inactivity (e.g., 6–12 months) to maintain system integrity. Notice will be given before expiry if applicable.

Fraud & Misuse

• Use of VPNs, emulators, automation, or multiple accounts to earn or redeem Coins is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to deduct fraudulent balances, reverse redemptions, or ban accounts found violating terms.

Final Authority

All verification, approval, and redemption decisions are made at the discretion of the admin team. Our decisions on fraud, misuse, or suspicious transactions are final.
